insserv software package provides boot sequence organizer using LSB init.d script dependency information, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install insserv
insserv is installed in your system.
Make ensure the insserv package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep insserv *
You will get with insserv package name, version, architecture and description in a table
